Quotes and pricing

Quotes are provided following an on-site assessment wherever practical and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices may be subject to change if the scope of work changes once work begins.

Booking and scheduling

Work is scheduled based on availability and, for larger jobs, planning and building control timelines. We'll always try to give realistic timeframes and will let you know as early as possible if a date needs to move.

Payment

Payment terms will be agreed before work begins and confirmed in writing. Staged payments will typically apply for larger extension and renovation projects.

Guarantees

Any guarantee on workmanship will be confirmed in writing on a job-by-job basis. Manufacturer warranties on materials remain subject to the manufacturer's own terms.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule booked work, please give us as much notice as possible so we can adjust our schedule.

Liability

We carry out all work with reasonable care and skill in line with current building practice and building regulations. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under law.
